70 Years of Superman
Thanks to those who liked my Christopher Reeve 'Clark Ken't (and certainly he was the definitive Kent, as someone put it). Here's another tribute for Superman's 70th Birthday...I used a classic Chris Reeve pose from the 1978 movie (as well as the Kent farm):

Ralph McQuarrie's original Darth Vader
Some more stuff, some new and some old. First up, I always wondered what the opening scene of Star Wars would have looked like with Ralph McQuarrie's original designs, so i painted this sketch up.

Vampirella, Clark + more Sophia
some stuff from various threads at The Drawing Board...
First, Harris Comics Vampirella had a real influence on me when i was growing up. No, not because of the skimpy costumes...but because it was my first introduction to amazing spanish comic book artists like José Gonzalez and Enrique Torres. Frazetta did some definitive Vampirella's of course, which is obviously a big influence as well. Here's my two tributes to her:
